Account Coordinator

Successful Account Coordinators will be detail-oriented self-starters with zero to one years of agency experience. Strong time management skills and an unflappable personality as well as a proven ability to write effective communications are all skills that are crucial to this role.

ACs are responsible for executing traditional and social media public relations campaigns on behalf of clients. The job entails: providing excellent client service, writing proactive pitches and other materials for the media, creating media lists and social media posts, proactively pitching and securing media, writing and proofreading materials, writing blogs, conducting research projects and reporting / account administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Account Executive

Account Executives will be detail-oriented self-starters with at least one to two years of agency experience.  Strong time management skills and an unflappable personality as well as a proven ability to write effective communications are all skills that are crucial to this role.

AEs are responsible executing traditional and social media public relations campaigns on behalf of clients. The job entails: providing excellent client service, writing proactive pitches and other materials for the media, creating media lists and social media posts, proactively pitching and securing media, writing and proofreading materials, writing abstracts for speaking opportunities, creating compelling awards applications, executing product launches, writing blogs, conducting research projects and reporting / account administrative tasks. AEs participate in the new business process. Experience running social media campaigns is critical. Knowledge of corporate marketing and partnerships, as well as digital marketing, will be extremely beneficial.

Senior Account Executive

SAEs are responsible for planning and executing traditional and social media and public relations campaigns on behalf of clients. The job entails: providing excellent client service, writing proactive pitches and other materials for the media, pursuing and securing media, writing and proofreading materials, writing abstracts for speaking opportunities, creating compelling awards applications, executing product launches, writing blogs, and reporting / account administrative tasks. SAEs participate in the new business process, including development and execution of corporate presentations and assisting in development of public relations plans. Experience running social media campaigns is critical. Knowledge of corporate marketing and partnerships, as well as digital marketing, will be extremely beneficial.

Account Director

A successful Account Director will be a detail-oriented self-starter with 7 or more years of agency experience who is comfortable juggling several clients, projects, and tasks at once. Strong time management skills and a people-pleasing personality will get you far in this role. As will a proven ability to write effective communications, think outside the box, creatively problem-solve, manage client relationships, and develop and execute cause marketing, marketing and social media campaigns. Having a desire to work in a versatile setting, working on marketing, social media, and media relations is important.

The Director will be responsible for planning and executing traditional and social media and public relations campaigns on behalf of clients. The job entails: providing excellent client service, writing proactive pitches and other materials for the media, pursuing and securing media, executing product launches, writing blogs, creating media strategy, managing teammates and reporting / account administrative tasks. Directors participate in the new business process, including development and execution of corporate presentations and assisting in development of public relations plans. Experience running social media campaigns is critical. Knowledge of, and interest in, design work, corporate marketing and partnerships are extremely beneficial, as is knowledge of Public Relations tech applications, including Vocus and Cision. Crisis Communications experience is a plus.
