Ahead of college winter break, the Bon Appetit Management Company at Emerson College donated leftover prepared foods, produce, pantry, and refrigerated items, to Food For Free. The prepared food donations will be used the nonprofit’s Heat-n-Eats program, which turns the food into balanced, single-serving meals that will then be distributed to food-insecure students this holiday season through schools, colleges and student-serving programs.
