BOSTON, MA. – Teak Media + Communication, public relations firm that helps socially responsible companies and nonprofit organizations achieve widespread recognition and increase their revenue, welcomes Hayley Reissfelder as Social Media Manager. In the role, Reissfelder will increase awareness about important work and accomplishments of nonprofit and socially responsible clients through creative digital storytelling on social media and other online platforms. Teak Media + Communication, which is located in South Boston, Mass., is New England’s only B Corp certified public relations firm and has been sharing the stories of nonprofit organizations and socially responsible companies through the media since 1997.
Reissfelder brings extensive digital marketing and communications expertise to Teak, drawing from her work across a number of industries in previous marketing, public relations, and social media roles. Most recently, she served as a Senior Account Executive at BackBay Communications where she increased exposure and name recognition for local and global financial clients through integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns. At Teak, she combines data with creative storytelling to amplify reach, engagement, and affinity for nonprofit organizations and responsible companies to increase awareness and support for their important missions.

Reissfelder, a Canton, Mass. native, currently resides in South Boston. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Connecticut’s School of Business with a concentration in Digital Marketing and Analytics.
