Brookline High School junior Skyla Luzzi-Porco knows firsthand how much one caring adult can change a child’s life. After spending her early years in foster care, she’s now raised $4,000 for Boston CASA to bring joy to kids in the system. Boston CASA provides court-appointed advocates who are assigned one-on-one to children in foster care—offering everything from going to a game to grabbing Dunkin Donuts together.
